 The Handicraft Museum is located in the Handicraft Village, or Kampung Kraftangan. As the name suggests, it exhibits many Kelantanese craft works, especially batik collections. Other than the museum, there is also an area in Village where handicraft making is demonstrated.

It is in a somewhat remote area past Tumpat town centre,  on the way to the Thai border. This small museum exhibited various designs of wau or kite in Malaysia, especially those that are native to Kelantan. There were also instructions on how make a wau yourself and how to play it. It is located at the northern tip of the island. Bus No. 6 from the town centre will take you this museum and it only cost RM2.80 at the time of my visit. I was thirsty and was looking for water when I reached the museum but unfortunately there was no vending machine there, unlike other museums that I have visited.
